Update: 9-9-26 @ noon. Another doctor called and was so wonderful in explaining my labs. I am thankful he took the time to take on anothers work. These doctor are kept so busy with so many appointments, it's sad people must fill in for them but also thankful cause every time that happens, something important is learned by person filling in for pcp. Update: 9-9-1030 Rachel Stephens performs services then sets up virtual appointment at 1030 but does not deliver anything in that appointment. A call is received saying - the doctor will call you shortly to discuss what your appointment is for and then doesn't call. This has happened each time with her. I've left good reviews and average ones since being seen at this location since 2016. Most average ones surrounded cancelled appointments not rescheduled, doc Twarinski saying no worries for cancer screenings for five years, dropped as his patient - then got Ms Vairin - super wonderful but denied denied until interim doc Anderson told me to get into ER after hearing my symptoms, and gave me referral to oncologist. I am so thankful for that interim doc. My last few visit with the lab technicians were absolutely wonderful (past need of a

Every pharmacy in town should have a Dr. Kirby. She was professional, compassionate, genuinely cares and patient. I don't doubt that she treats every patient this way. She's very thorough and I'm glad I was referred to her. Thank you.

I got the time wrong so I was late getting there from Russellville which is 45 minutes away. They were so kind that they squeezed me into their schedule. They are very efficient and the staff is friendly even when they're under pressure. I like that. Five stars, baby! π

The staff, providers, and pharmacy are amazing. I have three young boys so it feels like weβre here more often than not - especially the pharmacy for one kid who needs life-preserving medication. I am so grateful for their incredible level of care, professionalism, empathy, and patient advocacy. Thank you for being part of my village. π«Ά

I have an appointment for 0845 but was late for 5 minutes, and this is my first time coming to this hospital because I went to the wrong hospital, and they even call them to informed them that we are on our way. I was told because we are late wait until 4pm just to see a doctor for 20 minutes (12 months check) and I can stay here all day but I have a one and three kids that will need to eat and they don't care about that. They said the doctor is fully booked, but no one has come through that door for the past one hour, and this 12 pm. Very terrible set of people
